Payouts are made monthly through PayPal. The minimum payout limit is $100. Payment processing can take up to 30 days. Payouts are made on referral sales that are older than 60 days.
The cookie is stored for 60 days. As long as your referrals come back within those 60 days you'll still earn the revenue on these payments.
