Yes, our pricing is on a per-profile basis, so you can add multiple social profile slots. You can also add competitor profiles to monitor.
Can I monitor Instagram hashtags?
Yes, Minter.io provides detailed analytics for Instagram hashtags such as: interaction rates, post sentiment rates, top posts, associated hashtags and more!
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial will automatically expire after 14 days. You'll have to subscribe to a paid plan to keep tracking your social reports. Your data will not be accessible until you upgrade to a paid service.
Can I track social profiles that aren’t my own?
Yes, you can track any Instagram Business profile or X/Twitter profile.
Can I get a refund after signing up for a plan?
Once you have started a paid plan and your card has been charged, we do not offer refunds. In order to be fair, no exceptions are made.
What happens if I cancel my plan partway through?
If you cancel partway through your plan, you can still use your Minter.io account and the features for the full period you have paid for. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused time left on your account.
