Social media report templates

Create a structured report from a profile you track.

Pick a template and the AI Analyst reads your account’s data and writes the report for you. You get an executive summary, a comparison with the previous period, your best and worst performing posts and recommendations. Download it as a PDF.

Exports and analysis

Dashboard exports provide charts and figures. Report templates add a written analysis.

What makes them different

Written analysis, not a chart deck

Written analysis that explains what the numbers mean, with the figures alongside in the same document.

Built from your account data

Metrics come from the tracked profile. Historical targets and external benchmarks are used only when provided; strategy reviews may propose next-period targets.

Rewrite by asking

Change the period, expand a section or ask for a specific number, all in the same chat.

Not just your own accounts

The performance report and content analysis run on any competitor or hashtag you track.

Yes. The performance report and content analysis work on any competitor or hashtag you track. The recommendations tell you what to learn from them, not what they should change. The strategy review and account audit only work on your own accounts.

Reports can use the data available for that profile in Minter.io. Availability varies by network and metric. Trial access is limited to three months before the profile was added.

Yes. Ask in the same chat: change the period, expand a section or add a specific number. The AI Analyst rewrites the report and you download the new PDF when you’re happy with it.

The report is a PDF. You can also ask for the figures as a CSV or XLSX file. Your own logo goes on the PDF from Platinum upwards. On other plans and the trial, it carries the Minter.io logo.

From $19 a month on the Gold plan. Platinum is $39 a month and lets you use your own logo on the reports. The AI Analyst is also included in the 14-day free trial, no credit card required. See pricing.

Reports run in the AI Analyst chat and count against its message limit: 20 a month per profile on your plan on Gold, 100 on Platinum and above, pooled across your profiles and your team, so you can spend them all on one account. The trial gets 20 for the whole 14 days. Each successful AI response counts as one message; clarification and follow-up responses count separately, while charts do not. The count resets on the 1st and doesn’t roll over; at the limit, chat pauses until the reset or an upgrade.
