When you are happy with all your edits, hit the ‘Post’ button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have posted a video, it can be edited or deleted. Scheduled posts can’t be edited but they can be deleted in the TikTok Studio on desktop or on the TikTok app before they get published.

  2. Click on ‘Posts’ in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Select the pencil icon on the post you wish to edit.

  1. Edit your post caption, hashtags, mentions, cover image, location, privacy settings, post disclosures and abilities of other users.
  2. Hit the red ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the screen.

Captions and cover images can only be edited once a day within the first 7 days of posting. The location can only be edited within 180 days of posting. Other settings such as: the post’s privacy; allowing users to commentduet with and stitch the video; and adding disclosures to the post are available to edit at any time.
